The owner-approved first-party license is GNU GPL version 3 only (GPL-3.0-only), selected October 25, 2026. Apache-2.0 was an earlier first-party proposal and remains applicable to third-party components that use it. The complete GPL is in [LICENSE](LICENSE), with scope in [LICENSING.md](LICENSING.md).
The current release target is FrameBridge 0.3.1, installer FrameBridge-0.3.1.deb. Historical RC7 and Community Preview artifacts retain their separate identities.
FrameBridge 0.3.4 has separate Debian 13, Ubuntu 24.04 and Linux Mint 22.x amd64 release profiles. Signature and publication status belong to its accompanying release record. The [official download page](https://framebridge.betancourt.one/download/) and each artifact's release record identify its source and signatures. Historical 0.3.3, 0.3.1, RC7 and Community Preview artifacts retain their separate identities; their versioned filenames do not identify the current installer.
The pinned Python/Rust dependency notices and source delivery were reconciled in the retained native terms review. The 0.3.1 preparation additionally identifies the OpenAI tunnel-client as third-party Apache-2.0 material, retains its notices, and supplies exact h1-verified source archives and notices for its 47 embedded Go modules. Its own development-build source commit is not embedded and remains a provenance limit.
The pinned Python/Rust dependency notices and source delivery were reconciled in the retained native terms review. The retained OpenAI tunnel-client is third-party Apache-2.0 material. Its notices and exact h1-verified source archives and notices for its 47 embedded Go modules remain included. Its own development-build source commit is not embedded and remains a provenance limit. The dependency-source assets retain their historical 0.3.1 filenames; this does not change the FrameBridge release version or assert an independent rebuild of those components.
Public delivery is complete only when the actual matching installer, FrameBridge source, dependency-source assets, supplements and notices are downloadable with verified hashes. Private collection does not establish public availability. The final release delivery record is authoritative for staged or public status; this file does not assert that the port is open or public downloads are live.
